So seeming as though, I feel as I have bullshitted enough for the summer and the summer hasn’t really began yet, I’m ready to dive back into my fitness lifestyle, and get healthy for life.  Gadgets x Fitness makes me happy about life, so we have the following apps for the iPhone: Nike Training and Nike FuelBand.  These both are free applications, the first one is basically a workout app and helps as a personal trainer which assists you in how to become physically fit.  The second app is to be used with the actual FuelBand.  It helps to synchronize the data and helps you to adjust the settings, and so forth.

Now, I needed to be sold on the Nike Fuel Band, (which retails at $150) and I have been sold.   Tune into the video below to see for yourself.  Nike Fuel Band will be coming to a mailbox near me in the very, very near future.  I’m ready to make my GOAL!
