
Sooo lately, i’ve been making an extra effort to eat properly and leave all the greasy foods alone. It’s been a transition, but worth it. Check out the 30 Day Challenge, or nerd fitness. Also, with the summer approaching so quickly, I always find it easier to eat right in the summer, but such a daunting task for the fall and winter seasons.

I don’t want to sound cliché but it’s true. The healthier you eat, the more your mind becomes clear, and this makes us want to be more productive and our select paths in life. Also, working out is cool too, and definitely necessary.
Here’s my equation: Health x wealth = personal success AND happiness. Healthy body helps purify our mind, and produce results. There is no reason for us to be stressed really. You are in charge of you, and to make changes in life or in our situations, we can start with the little things such as eating healthy, or cutting out small things (heavy starches, vegetable oils, unnecessary sugars) just a little at a time.
