This challenge is not even a challenge really and that’s a great thing. I haven’t really missed the starches but I do have a sweet tooth here and there. My off day is not even an off day now. So usually Friday is the day I take off and indulge in everything under the sun, but when Friday came, I felt like eh…and didnt eat anything really that I usually would crave like a cheese steak or something. I did go to Quizno’s and get a sandwich instead of a salad, but is that really cheating?!
On Thursday, I had a chicken box, so I guess Thursday was my off day versus Friday, but that’s all that I ate that wasn’t inbound with my challenge. Go me!! I haven’t had any liquor this week either, but this may be a struggle in the weeks to come, because with nice weather, comes club outings and happy hours, but mostly happy hours…grrrrr it will be such a struggle to stick to one day for those type of things.
I don’t remember what I ate this week but I do remember that when I wasn’t able to eat good food, I went without eating until I was able to get something good. This turned into a headache and with the headache I wasn’t able to workout two times this week. Other than that, everything was cool.
I’m going grocery shopping today hopefully, and this will alleviate those headaches.
Sidenote: Working out everyday is becoming easier, and I think I’m going to try Magnesium Citrate one day this week but I have to be in the house for that entire day, because the browns will be expecting arrival un-expectically.
