So here’s to my 30-Day Challenge

For at least 30 days I will be doing the following listed below. I’ve researched the Paleo lifestyle and for a few weeks even became obsessed with it….like really. I’m all about feeding God’s temple correctly. So with the Paleo lifestyle, I feel like it has been a little hard to stick to strict regimen and not eat crap. Gahhhhhh it’s so hard but I’ve been bored lately, so I want to try something different. With the restrictions below, I plan to eat like crazy for ONE day a week. Not two, not three, not weekends off but just ONE day a week. I believe if I can do this for 30 days, it will become semi-permanent in my lifestyle which is fine by me. I mean what can I lose, other than weight.
80% of losing weight and being healthy has to do with what you eat. Referencing back to ‘Getting fit for life’, doing these two simultaneously will be a good plan for the next few months until its time for swim trunks and bikini tops (my swimsuit of choice).
I’ll keep you guys posted with my 30-day challenge of what I’m eating and how I’m working out. And please feel free to follow along or chime in and let me know if you want to participate as well. I guarantee I’ll be even more focused for school and special projects I have going on. Bring on the fun!!

30 Day Challenge
-No soda
-No kool-aid
-Drink water or 100% juice occasionally
-No bread
-No potatoes
-No starch (except baked sweet potatoes)
-No whites (rice, scallop potatoes, pasta, spaghetti, etc.)
-No liquor (except red wine)
-Lots of meats and veggies, small amount of vegetable oil and butter)
-Cooking with Virgin Olive Oil
-No pancakes, Waffles, or french toast.
-No pizza
-No fried foods
-Basically No Dairy
